New Orleans Was Attacked by The Syrian Army! a foreign power
ISIS is the official Govt of Syria, so this was Syrian sanctioned army

The new government of Syria that's now officially in power, has in numerous occasions fully sanctioned the same exact attacks as their definition of valid military strikes in their war against the west.
So only the Government of Syria did the strike in New Orleans. Not some honored American-born Texan as doing a criminal act of terror as a regular US citizen. We now have a lot of proof that the New Orleans attack was on behalf of the Government of Syria.
However, for now it's being treated as just a regular "Texan" who needs to be charged in a normal civil criminal trial under the criminal code for "terror".
This belongs in the Military jurisdiction for swift ending these threats from a foreign government we're at war with. I think he should be brought to justice without the protections of civilian courts. This is an attack on by a foreign adversary by any definition.
However, we see a conflicted department of justice. Firstly the agent in acts like she could be his sister, to say it's only an ied and not terror. As soon as they could spin the narrative to restrict all Texans equally, like they did with the shoe bomber to force all grandmas to be strip searched etc, so they decided in favor of tyranny rather than freedom.
Now that they have a different way they can spin the narrative, he's called a "a Texas born American citizen, a honored military veteran". So now they can classify Texans as terrorists rather than this being a foreign military sanctioned attack.
I think with the ISIS flag, and the specific quotes by him on behalf of the syrian government doing specific sanctioned operations by that government, this makes it a clear attack by a foreign power.
He did it on behalf of the official government that just took over Syria.
As he is one of their forces which infiltrated our intelligence, and military he should be charged separately from those crimes of spying etc. I would agree he's not a terrorist, it's just a foreign soldier representing a foreign power we are at war with, one which we let take over.
If he was only a terrorist then it's correct to leave it as only the criminial law for civilians where he uses those courts of justice etc, his rights protected under the constitution etc.
However, if it's warfare of a foreign state, then the rules of war should be followed, not the inappropriate civil criminal law. This should be military jurisdiction, but it looks like he will just get new rules for all Texans.... so all are equally treated.
For now this is what's called equity in motion... (or truly the “unrestricted warfare”, or China’s “long warfare” taking form)
