That's a bit of a tough approach (interview with Judge Napolitano) highlighted by Col MacGregor. MacGregor is against the idea of America seizing Gaza. The judge seems overall against it but is highlighting better approaches within the framework laid out. I think he makes assumptions Trump will make bad choices in next steps.
I happen to somewhat disagree with MacGregor on this one.
Firstly, with the ownership, it doesn't look like any American soldiers would be involved. Also financially, I think it would be rewarding and the real estate is well overdue!
America has invested trillions in securing the area, some little piece of land is due. It would be Biblical for a nation that fulfills a lot of the True Israel prophecies to be put in charge of that land.
I think we need to install the Templar there to protect all the Christians being openly spit on, violently attacked, and killed by both Palestinian Muslims, other Muslim and Jews. Christians are regularly attacked and martyred everywhere in that region, and it's not so much spoken about. The numbers show Christians have been reduced, and safety to openly demonstrate your faith is attacked from both sides. MacGregor might have a valid point about Trump's plan to deport every last Palestinian out of the totally destroyed zone of Gaza. However there are two major points for it,
1. For Palestinians safety, as it's no uninhabitable
2. It was how a lot of govts did it in the past, and such things worked for long periods.
Perhaps you can argue for some room for repatriation after a period of time, for those faithful of their religion who lived there for religious reasons. A lot of them were merely born there and have the residual canaanite culture. If respectable ones were repatriated there the Templar could ensure they are protected. We need a Christian Crusader state embassy reestablished with rightful Templar Nobility. We have this

Put some strong Knights of the Templar Order in charge of security. Don't do it on basis of Americans. Is Netanyahu really happy that Gaza is being seized from them? It's not bad that it will be protected from the misconduct and abuses of certain in their circles. As it's over, it's been bombed out of existence, it seems so horrible of a place to live. However, the plans to move them over to their fellow Canaanite cousin tribes in Saudi Arabia probably will only equip them to attack stronger later.
